We are a rapidly growing senior care company seeking a high-energy Business Development Executive to expand our referral network, generate new business, and drive revenue growth throughout Frederick, Carroll and Washington Counties. This is a field-based sales role for someone who understands the sales process, knows how to open doors, build relationships, overcome objections, and close. You'll work directly with company leadership and have a significant impact on the company's growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospect, develop, and close new referral relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, physician practices, senior living communities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
- Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and networking to relationship development and closing
- Consistently generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, in-person meetings, and community engagement
- Develop and execute weekly territory and sales plans
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Track activities, opportunities, and results within CRM systems
- Meet and exceed aggressive growth and referral goals

REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of business development, outside sales, or B2B sales experience
- Proven experience selling services to businesses or professional organizations
- Demonstrated understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying, pipeline management, relationship development, and closing
- Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills
- CRM experience required; Salesforce experience is a plus
- Ability to travel throughout Frederick, Carroll and Washington Counties
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but sales performance is more important
